Tech firm prioritizes collaboration over square footage with office relocation

GRAND RAPIDS — OST executives initially hoped to double the size of the tech company’s headquarters several years ago while searching for a new Grand Rapids office.

However, the COVID-19 pandemic shifted priorities.

The digital and I.T. consulting firm is set to relocate its west side Grand Rapids headquarters to the bottom floor of 801 Broadway Ave. NW Suite 100 at American Seating Park. OST plans to occupy about 33,000 square feet of the building’s bottom floor, adjacent to American Seating Co. offices.
