We are thrilled to announce that Jennifer Lindberg, formerly Senior Interior Designer is elevated to Director of Interior Design and Matthew Schulte, formerly Senior Architect is elevated to Director of Project Operations. They are joining principals Megan Feenstra Wall, AIA, Ben Franceschi, AIA, and Evan Mathison in a newly formed Operations Leadership Team.

“These newly formed roles and team are rooted in the desire to improve our workflow and project management, client and partner relationships,” shared Mathison.

Both will continue to provide leadership and expertise with their clients and projects in addition to new firm management responsibilities.

“We have such a wonderful team at MMA and I feel lucky to have been a part of the growth over the years. The interiors team is an incredibly talented group and with my new role I look forward to sharing that with the community in more ways that showcase the passion we have for people and how it can coincide with well designed, beautiful spaces,” said Lindberg.

“Among the strengths that make MMA stand out is a commitment to excellence that begins with care for our clients, extends to our project partners and runs through every aspect of the work we do. I’m honored to contribute to the development of how the MMA team practices and evolves into the future,” said Schulte.

Lindberg joined MMA in 2017 and has provided interior design leadership and expertise on a range of MMA projects, including educational, cultural, commercial, residential, and non-profit projects.

Schulte joined MMA in 2019 and has served as lead designer and project architect on a number of MMA’s most notable projects, including commercial, cultural, and residential projects.

“The growth of the firm, with major projects including the Muskegon Museum of Art, Special Olympics of Michigan, Montcalm Community College, Kellogg Community College, Kent Intermediate School District and ongoing residential work, has been the impetus of these two new roles and we see each of them as a way to lean into our values,” said Feenstra Wall.

”Jen and Matthew have both been vital to the success of MMA thus far and I’m confident that, in leadership capacities, they will continue to help guide our firm in the right direction,” shared Franceschi.
